At Xtreme+, we aim for transparency and fairness in all billing, refunds, and cancellations. Below is our updated policy as of the Effective Date above.
1. Cancellation Notice & Timing
You may request cancellation of your ICCID / service at any time.
The cancellation takes effect immediately upon processing your request, and access to the service will end at that time.
2. Refund Eligibility & Deductions
When a cancellation or refund request is approved, the refundable amount will be calculated after applying the following deductions (as applicable) to cover costs incurred:

| Activated eSIM | 50% of the paid amount |
| Non-activated eSIM | 25% of the paid amount |
Notes & Exceptions
- These deduction rates apply only when a refund is otherwise eligible per the conditions listed below.
- In case of duplicate charges, billing errors, or confirmed provisioning or technical failures, the full amount (before deductions) may be refunded.
- Refunds can be requested within 14 days of account creation. After 14 days, refunds are only available on a pro-rata basis as covered under the above point.
3. Refund Processing & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Actual timing may be shorter and depends on your banking institution.
4. How to Cancel / Request a Refund
To cancel or request a refund, please follow these steps:
- You can cancel your Personal eSIM service through the My BMW & Mini Connected App.
- If you encounter any issues or would like to request a refund, please email us at: support@xtremeplus.com
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- BMW or Mini associated email address
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond to your request within 2 business days to confirm cancellation and refund eligibility.
5. Additional Terms & Disclaimers
- We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
- All decisions made under this policy will be final and binding.
- We may update this policy occasionally; the version posted on our site (with the effective date) will govern.
- This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Where those laws override any clause here, we will comply accordingly.
